Leaking basement tanks can cause major problems. Luckily the home owner caught this one before it went from bad to worse. We were able to respond quickly and prevent this tank from leaking over 100 gallons of additional fuel into the home. Pumping remaining fuel from the tank, setting up temporary vapor mitigation, and sealing the floor as final procedure to eliminate any remaining fuel vapors are all part of the job.
